F1 wins easily again.
It's starting to get a bit monotonous, but once again F1 won a league game with playful ease. This time the victim was UNA in Veldhoven.
On the main artificial turf field under a nice late summer sun, our boys were in the mood again. Right from the start UNA was put under pressure and the goalkeeper was put under fire.
A shot by Jordan, intended as a cross, fell over the goalkeeper and with this 0-1 in his pocket it was a matter of tapping out.
Baggio's 0-2 came from a nice combination between Armando and Bjorn. Just before half time Robin scored the 0-3 in a way only Robin can: inimitable!
At halftime the boys were told to pick up the pace a little more, and so they did.
The always diligent Ruud scored his weekly goal after preparatory work by Luuk: 0-4.
A shot by Ruud seemed to go wide, but Baggio slid in with a nice slide: 0-5.
Cody made it 0-6 after the goalkeeper let go of a Jordan shot.
Just before time, Baggio and James shot the 0-7 and 0-8 final score from distance.
If our boys had been a little sharper and more accurate a monster score would certainly have been possible. But when it all goes so easily it is difficult to stay really sharp.
In any case, this 4th league game was also won with playful ease.
