Leon Buitenhuis' men knew what was at stake today: the championship!
Although PSV did not start the match very strongly, it was 0-1 through Eus pretty soon. After this opening goal it seemed as if nerves struck. Chances were created, but unfortunately this did not (yet) result in goals.
DBS felt there was something to gain and scored the 1-1 before halftime.
After half time PSV started quite strongly, and the chances came by themselves. It was Issam who gave PSV a deserved 1-2 lead.
A few minutes later the game was locked. First it was Reda who calmly headed the ball into the corner in front of the DBS goalkeeper. One minute later it was again Reda who scored the 1-4 goal with an ingenious lob from 15 to 20 meters.
The final chord was also for PSV. It was Tijn who dribbled between three defenders and shot the ball into the crossbar, 1-5.

After 40 minutes the referee blew the whistle and the party could begin! With 57 points from 19 games and a goal difference of +137, PSV F2 can call themselves champions.
