  1. Match report

The match begins with a tender spring shower and ends with a terrific thunderstorm and hailstorm. Perhaps it can all be explained after the coach's thunderous speech at halftime. This was one of those days. Everything just didn't happen. Too weak, wrong choices, orders not fulfilled as agreed misunderstandings between players and so on. Then we also had the fact (I won't say bad luck) that we were behind from minute two and kept it up throughout the match. Every time we equalize the ball is back in the net with us a short time later. And Den Bosch's last goal was also scored at a good psychological moment, in the 91st minute.
About the match we can be brief, it was not our day today. Den Bosch goes home happy with three points, which they desperately need in the relegation battle, and we are left with a hangover (and without a drop of alcohol).
Hopefully this is one of those last days for us because next week we go to Heerenveen to reach the final of the cup. Then we have to be there. We may have a consolation, it's not Barcelona's day either. So we see, it can happen anytime and anywhere. So next week good luck in Heerenveen and on to the final.
And for the coach: even the darkest hour only has sixty minutes.
    Good luck.
