PSV started the match well. After three minutes, Mats shot hard at goal. In the rebound Joey was in the right place to shoot the ball in 1-0. After that both teams got two good chances to score. Good goalkeeping by Kevin prevented Hurwenen from scoring in the first half. PSV was restless in possession of the ball and Hurwenen kept playing well.

Half-time score 1-0.

Also in the second half it went well. Hurwenen came alongside by placing a high ball over the goalkeeper, 1-1. The joy did not last long, because in the same minute PSV took the lead again. By conquering the ball himself Joey was able to tap it in past the goalkeeper 2-1. Eight minutes later the score was level again. By putting pressure Hurwenen managed to conquer the ball and the attacker shot hard into the short corner 2-2. Shortly afterwards Hurwenen was able to take the lead but Kevin was just able to prevent it.

Ten minutes before time, PSV took the lead again. Kevin managed to reach Mylian with a long ball, who with a perfect approach left two defenders standing. From the resulting space Mylian was able to put the ball past the goalkeeper 3-2. Five minutes later Mylian managed to conquer the ball and coolly shot the 4-2. A difficult but deserved victory for PSV. Congratulations to all players.
