Match in brief:
Another good win by PSV D1 against a moderate Fortuna Sittard D1. After a sloppy and hesitant start, with PSV D1 almost falling behind, PSV D1 slowly but surely got into the rhythm. PSV D1 got more and more grip on the game with chances for a goal and just before halftime the goal fell. After halftime PSV D1 played like "liberated" and Fortuna Sittard was now just a plaything and an easy prey for PSV, which played excellent at times. Once again the reserves filled in well. An hour after the match, PSV D1 got another particularly pleasant bonus this weekend. Their nearest rival (NAC D1) lost on their own field, making the championship a reality for PSV D1. Congratulations D1-toppers.
