Under windy and wet conditions, PSV C2 played the first game on the artificial turf field this year. Eindhoven C1 was the practice opponent. Early in the match Nabiu Kamara scored the 1-0 for PSV on a deep pass from Thomas Horsten. The Belgian striker's effort flew in beautifully via the underside of the crossbar. Via a free kick FC Eindhoven came back into the match.

After halftime we saw four new faces on the PSV side. In the second half PSV pressed but had difficulties scoring. From a messy situation FC Eindhoven made it 1-2. After a good attack Memphis Depay made the 2-2 with a nice lob. After the 2-2 there were few chances for either team. This match against the slightly older city rivals was a good preparation for the league start next week away against De Graafschap.
