This match was originally scheduled for Feb. 4, but was canceled due to poor weather conditions. On March 11, 2006, the match was cancelled again.

After the D2's match against UNA D1 had already been cancelled twice due to bad weather, it finally took place last Saturday. With a small chance of winning the championship, the match was kicked off on the fields in Zeelst. All remaining games had to be won. Unfortunately, they did not manage to bring the three points back to the Herdgang. In a scoreless match PSV D2 lost two much needed points.
