Location: Sportpark Corpus den Hoorn
After a Long bus trip up north the match against the leaders Groningen.
The match started evenly. Pretty soon in the match Steven scored the 0-1.
After this PSV got some good chances. Unfortunately, Groningen quickly scored the 1-1 after which they ran out to a score of 4-1 before halftime. After half time PSV started well. Chances were created, and they also scored. Vincent shot the 4-2. PSV kept pushing, and chances kept coming. Vincent was brought down in the 16 meter area and shot the penalty into the net. 4-3. There was plenty of hope and good play. Unfortunately Groningen came out just before time and shot the 5-3.
Exciting game with especially a good 2nd half.
