This weekend, PSV E2 was once again the guest of Roda JC in Kerkrade. This time Roda JC A was the opponent. The first five minutes were evenly matched. However, Roda JC took a 1-0 lead after five minutes. A Roda midfielder shot from distance, leaving Lucas defenseless. Not much later, PSV got back in the game. From a corner the Roda goalkeeper knocked the ball away and it fell exactly in front of Lars. He does not hesitate for a second and shoots in hard. A few minutes later it was already 2-1 for Roda, after a gift from the referee. Just before the second break Roda dealt PSV the final blow: 3-1. In the third half, Roda scores three more goals and PSV is trailing 6-1. PSV manages to come back. After a nice action by Jaivy, Ruben finally finishes it off: 6-2.

Conclusion: PSV just did not have a good day today. Too many things went wrong and Roda handled that cleverly. They were very dangerous with their razor-sharp counters. On to the next match!
