Sportpark "Het Zuiderpark"
Two weeks after the scoreless draw against Willem II today for the cup against the Tilburgers again. Last season's finalist. And also always a difficult opponent to play against. Today the weather was not helping either. Rain, wind, a sad evening. But we start well. We are fierce and eager to reach the next round of the cup tournament. After about ten minutes, a free kick by Farshad is the introduction to the first goal. We go into the break with this score. There are still some chances but we do not score and the opportunities of Willem II are expertly stopped by Jesse.
In the second half we want to continue and increase the score. And even though the rain has eased up a bit, we still get a few chances but only Antonio manages to shoot the ball into the net about ten minutes before the end to make it 0 - 2. Tuesday another practice match against Fc Eindhoven and then Christmas and New Year's Eve.
