PSV D2 had an easy afternoon against the amateurs of JEKA. Already within a few minutes there were a couple of goals on the scoreboard, with the first four coming in the name of Brazilians Andreas Pereira and Junior Lima dos Santos. The fifth was of great beauty. Knud van den Heuvel was played the ball on the left flank and on the point of the sixteen he took out and shot the ball beautifully into the cross. Then it was Andreas Pereira again who was able to run through from midfield and make it 6-0. Through a one-two with Wouter Verstraaten, Junior Lima dos Santos came face to face with the JEKA goalkeeper. Junior did not miss and scored the seventh PSV goal. A small oversight in the defense led to JEKA scoring an honorary goal, which was received with loud cheers. Even before halftime, Morris van den Brink set the score at 8-1.
After halftime, productivity was slightly down, but PSV still scored four more goals. Junior Lima dos Santos scored two more, bringing his total for the day, as well as Andreas Pereira's, to four, and Riechedly Bazoer also scored twice. With this, PSV set a monster score of no less than 12-1 against JEKA. Unfortunately, great rival Willem II managed to win in the last minutes of their match at FC Dordrecht, keeping PSV's lead of six points with three games more.
