Today the first return match of this pool for the F2, this time out against Nuenen F1.
We start on this chilly morning with 8 players against Nuenen F1, where after changing in the warm changing room and warming up we are ready to start at 8:45 am. Very early this time, so waiting to see how that would go.
The first part of the match was fun to watch, PSV had the ball a lot and had plenty of chances to score goals. Making them was a bit more difficult due to the defense of Nuenen. A distance shot by Issam gave us the 0-1 lead.
The second part of the first half we continued to play quite well but the playing field was very small and eventually with 2 distance shots we went down 0-3.
In the break we drank some water and talked briefly about how the first half went.
There we agreed to make the field even bigger and make more actions where possible (especially with space) and sometimes choose earlier what to do!
Soon after halftime we made 0-4 and 0-5 and had many chances to score goals.
This one succeeds a bit and we score a few more good goals where the actions and playing together stood out despite the very small field. Result 0-9.
Next week F2 has to play a home match against Geldrop F1. See how that goes!
