PSV started the match very eager and focused. In all areas, PSV was the better team. In the 5th minute Steven Bergwijn scored after a combination with Ramon Pascal Lundqvist. PSV immediately went looking for the next goal and it fell 1 minute later. Lennerd Daneels scored 0-2 after an assist from Dirk Abels. In the 1st half, PSV played very well and despite the many (8!) good chances, the score at halftime was 0-2.

The 2nd half the game was more sloppy and the opponent also got a few opportunities. Finally Lennerd Daneels decided the game with a great long distance shot from 25m. It was a well-deserved 0-3 victory.

Next week there is no league program due to international matches. The next league game is a home game on Saturday, September 21, 2013 against Ajax.
