A game with 2 faces.

In the first half, PSV had a lot of trouble getting to good play. This was not because MVV made it difficult for us, but more because our boys lost a lot of ball. It was striking that we took very little initiative to look for the solution forward, something we are normally very good at. However, 5 minutes before half time Cody Gakpo was able to head an excellent cross from Justin Lonwijk into the net, giving us a 1-0 lead.

Important for the second half was that we had to make better choices on the ball and that we had to have the guts and courage again to make it a good game in the end. And we certainly succeeded!!!
Healthy aggression in duels with opponents, a goalkeeper who together with his defenders stood like a house, midfielders who divided the game but also showed up in the sixteen meters, strikers who knew how to find each other well, resulting in 7 goals. Compliments to the boys.
