9:9 match
Instead of training a 9-9 match is scheduled tonight against Gudok from Tilburg who also play in the 1st division with the E1 and E2.
The match will be played in 3 games (it is no longer halves) of 20 minutes. A good exercise for the tournament 9-9 next Saturday.
From the first minute we see good combination play from the PSV side and the ball is played around well. However, this does not lead to serious danger. Gudok has a good defense and keeps many people behind the ball. The first chance comes after 5 minutes when Arne tests the goalkeeper with a shot and Greg just misses the rebound. Then a nice action by Yassin , but Koen's aim was just too high. Gudok also showed its teeth now and at the back some sails had to be set. Moments later the goal was scored. After a nice action by Davy on the left side he gives Arne the opportunity to score the 1-0. Gudok comes out of its shell and Niels is just able to intercept the Gudok attack. PSV gets another good opportunity after Koen sets Arne free, but his shot goes over. Directly afterwards a nice combination through the middle. Via Rico, Koen and Arne one-touch football reaches Greg, but his shot goes wide. Just before the end of the first half a shot by Arne was saved by the goalkeeper.

In the second game, 7 new players join PSV, while Gudok makes 3 substitutions. PSV immediately gets a good chance. A good kick from Kyan is picked up by Joop who crosses the field and reaches Sem, but his effort ends up next to the goal. Gudok also showed their strength with some attacks, but Tijn, Jay and Bryan remained in control and did not embarrass our goalkeepers. PSV remained the stronger team and Joop headed over from a Davy cross. A header by Sem after a corner from Jay was blocked by the goalkeeper. PSV got more chances and after an action by Benji, Sem just came up short. Halfway through the second half Sem started his own attack and shot 2-0. A nice attack on the left through Bryan, Davy and Arne deserved more. Then again over the right where Jay sets up an attack and finds Joop. This one sees Sem standing free and the 3-0 is in. Gudok's resistance seems broken now, as moments later Joop again finds Sem who completes his hat-trick.

Immediately after the start of the 3rd game a nice attack by Gudok can be seen, however, the completion cannot endanger Kyan. PSV lost it for a moment, as moments later Kyan has to make a clever save on a Tilburg effort. However, after a corner kick by Bryan, Joop scores the 5-0 from a scrimmage. After 10 minutes the PSV forces are refreshed again and PSV pushes once more, while at the opponent the battery is starting to get empty. After a good pass from Rico, Joey played his man out, but his shot was initially still handled by the goalkeeper. However, a fit Greg is then the first to shoot it in. Gudok once again arches its back and Pepijn has to pull out all the stops to prevent a goal. At the other end, Niels' shot was blocked and Joey shot PSV's 7th. 5 minutes left to play and Greg puts on a dribble a la Messi, but is stopped by the goalkeeper. A minute later it is Greg who scores after a kick from Pepijn. Just before the end Greg scores 9-0 after a cross from Davy.
