JEKA started putting pressure early from the first whistle. It was therefore JEKA that had the first opportunity to score. However, in the fourth minute the ball was shot by a JEKA player in front of the goal. JEKA held a slight advantage in the beginning of the match. After 10 minutes, PSV got better into the match. This produced the first goal a few minutes later, which was initiated by a nice action by Niek on the right side of the pitch. His cross was tapped in by Jeremy 0-1. Two minutes later the score was extended further. Again the attack was started on the right side of the field. Thomas shot the ball hard from the edge of the box. This shot was turned away by the goalkeeper but Djurre was alert and tapped in the 0-2. PSV started to combine better but the resulting opportunities were not exploited. The score at halftime was 0-2.

In the second half JEKA started to put pressure early again. PSV came out well and in the 35th minute they had another chance. However, Jur shot the ball into the side netting. PSV stepped up the pressure and the attacks followed each other in quick succession. In the 39th minute, a good PSV opportunity was cleared by the JEKA goalkeeper. The ball came to the feet of Mohamed. His shot was also denied by the goalkeeper, but now it was Luuk who reacted attentively and tapped the ball in 0-3. PSV pushed JEKA further in the defense. In the 48th minute Mohamed was brought down in the penalty area. The penalty kick was shot in by Mohamed himself 0-4. JEKA's resistance was broken and PSV continued to press. In the 51st minute a deep ball from Djurre came into the feet of Jeremy. Jeremy took advantage of this opportunity and tapped in the 0-5. Three minutes before time, the JEKA goalkeeper could not clear a shot by Djurre. Jur reacted attentively and tapped in the 0-6.
