    The last league match of this season was against Geldrop / Houta Bouw D1.

    PSV started the match strongly and put Geldrop under pressure right away. In the 5th minute this resulted in the lead. Dennis captured the ball in midfield. Through a one-two with Dani he played himself free in front of the goalie and shot the ball past the goalie, 1-0. One minute later the lead was extended. On the left side of the field Thijs passed a player from Geldrop. Thijs' cross was easily tapped in by Beslan, 2-0. PSV did not give Geldrop the opportunity to build up calmly and kept Geldrop under constant pressure. This resulted in another goal in the 13th minute. Dennis shot from the edge of the penalty area to make it 3-0. PSV created plenty of chances in the remainder of the first half but no more were scored.

    PSV started the second half as it had ended the first. Geldrop was pushed far back and PSV got several chances. However, the finishing was sloppy so it remained 3-0 for a long time. In the 50th minute Dennis put through on the left side of the pitch. His cross was shot in by Aboubacar, 4-0. Two minutes later Geldrop scored from a free kick. The offside trap was not executed well and a player of Geldrop got free in front of the goalie. He did not let this opportunity go unused, 4-1. PSV did not leave it at that. In the 55th minute it was again Dennis who put through on the left side. His cross was tapped in by Mohamed, 5-1. The last chance of the match was for Geldrop. A deep ball went over the PSV-defense and ended up at an attacker of Geldrop. This ball was shot out of Victor's reach, 5-2. This was also the final score.

    PSV has won all its league games this competition. A great achievement in itself. With 108 goals in 22 games, PSV averaged almost 5 goals per game. In addition, PSV has only conceded 15 goals against. PSV can therefore look back on a great season in all respects.
