    The week of truth it was. And today was to be the crowning moment to make that week successful. It is a somewhat dreary drizzly dark day. One of those days of just not. And so it is today. All just not. Too little fervor, no work ethic, wrong choices, not paying attention and I could go on. Oh yes no sharpness not to forget.
    Already within a minute there is a chance to take the lead but unfortunately, just not. We are on the ball more and the chances just don't come. And then there is a nice attack on the left, a really good attack, and the chance we get is just not there. After 20 minutes Utrecht gets a free kick after a no foul from us and the ball is shot in front of the goal and our defense, again just misses. The result is a header and the score is 0 - 1. We keep trying and a few minutes later we get a corner. Kenneth passes the ball sharply and the Utrecht goalie, yes, just missed. It's straight from the corner. Hope returns and we go for it. Then after about 40 minutes Utrecht gets a free kick at the same spot as before. The ball is again in front of our goal and just misses our defense. Utrecht has a 1 - 2 lead. Rest.
    The finishing touches and we go for the second half. After ten minutes Kenneth passes a corner and Jordy heads the ball into the net.
    But as I said, it just wasn't enough today. There are still chances for us and Utrecht also gets some but they are not taken.
    Because it is a cup game we immediately get penalties and unfortunately our birthday boy is not the lucky one today.
    Utrecht wins the series with 4 - 5 and they go through to the quarterfinals. Too bad men but today ........
    Have a good rest and be at the airport on time tomorrow with the filled bag for departure to Italy. And then the longer we stay away the better the result.
    But we all know that even the darkest hour lasts only sixty minutes.
