Premium year program
In addition to the online year program in which you digitally join a youth team, we offer the premium year program that offers you the opportunity to be part of the PSV coaching family. Within this program you will be invited twice during the season to PSV Campus De Herdgang for a two-day ‘coach the coach' session, where we train you live in the PSV way of working. During these two days, the program is mostly handled on the pitch. During the youth team training sessions, our PSV coaches also look at who may be eligible for a trainer position within the PSV Academy or one of our (inter)national PSV Soccer Schools.
General information
What can you expect and what are the costs?
Every week you will receive an informative digital magazine with high quality training videos, training schedules, analyzes and animations, and a 'how-to' video on a specific topic that you directly can apply to your own team. In the Coaching Academy forum, participants have the opportunity to discuss insights, experiences, and questions. The six-week program ends with an interactive online session in which we collectively look back on the material learned. Besides the online environment, you will be invited to ‘De Herdgang’ twice per year for a two-day coach the coach training camp. During these days you will be mainly on the pitch following our PSV coaches during their training sessions.
The premium year program costs €995 and rewards you with 7 KNVB license points.
Who should participate in this program?
Every driven coach that strives every day to get better. The level of your own team is not important, with each exercise it is indicated how it is easier or difficult to make.
When?
You can start with the program on every first Sunday of the month. You can decide yourself when you study each piece of content. You will spend about 1.5 to 2 hours per week on this program, 6 weeks per module.
