Tuesday morning training session report

PSV trained behind closed doors at the Philips Stadium on Tuesday morning ahead of Wednesday’s UEFA Cup round of 16 return leg with Tottenham Hotspur. Ibrahim Afellay took part in the training session and is set to start tomorrow evening. Media representatives were only allowed to attend the final fifteen minutes of the training session.

PSV head coach Sef Vergoossen has virtually a full squad to choose from. The squad trained for over an hour on the pitch at the Philips Stadium. Eric Addo resumed training yesterday, but did not join his team mates for training today. PSV will go into the game, defending a 1-0 lead from last week’s first leg at White Hart Lane. Wednesday’s game against Tottenham Hotspur, with a place in the UEFA Cup quarter final at stake, will kick off at 20:45. PSV head coach Sef Vergoossen will hold a press conference later this afternoon.
