The PSV first-team squad trained at De Herdgang training centre on Friday morning to prepare for Sunday’s clash with Ajax in Amsterdam. They will train on Saturday afternoon as well, before they leave for Amsterdam.

1200 devoted PSV fans will make the trip to the capital of Holland to support their favourite team at the Amsterdam ArenA on Sunday afternoon. Jan Wouters is looking forward to seeing some old friends. The PSV caretaker coach spent six seasons in Amsterdam as a player, from 1986 until 1992, and he was also in charge of Ajax as head coach. Kenneth Perez, who joined PSV from Ajax in summer, will meet some former team mates. Danny Koevermans and Manuel da Costa had been given the all-clear to resume training for the first time since Wednesday’s Champions League match against Internazionale.
