Young PSV suffered a 4-1 defeat at Heracles

Young PSV suffered their first loss of the season after a 4-1 defeat away to Heracles Almelo on Monday night. Young PSV and Heracles are now joint leaders with nine points from four games. Roda JC are third on seven points.

Zanka played the full 90 minutes for Young PSV, while Heracles included first-team squad members Van Loo, Koenders, Bruns, Gouriye, Castillion and Pedro in their starting line-up. Marco Roelofsen´s team started brightly and Jürgen Locadia gave his team the lead in the 7th minute, scoring his seventh goal of the season. Castillion netted an equaliser and Pedro found the back of the net after the break to give Heracles Almelo United a 2–1 lead. PSV failed to create any chances of note and Castillion put the result beyond doubt in the 73rd minute: 3-1. Pedro made it 4-1 in the first minute of stoppage time.
