The PSV players André Ooijer and Dirk Marcellis have also been included in the 22-man squad. The players will report for duty with the Dutch team in Noordwijk on Monday. PSV midfielder Orlando Engelaar was included in the provisional squad but Bert van Marwijk has not called him up for the squad to face England. The Holland-England friendly is scheduled to take place at the Amsterdam ArenA, with a 20:45 kick off.
