Reis is handed his first start of the season

PSV head coach Fred Rutten is forced to make a few changes as PSV entertain Heerenveen at the Philips Stadium, with a 20.45 kick-off. Jonathan Reis starts alongside Nordin Amrabat in attack. Rutten includes Timmy Simons in the heart of the PSV defence, while Erik Pieters, who pulled out of the Holland U-21 squad earlier this week, starts at left back. Jagos Vukovic has been called up to the match squad but starts on the bench, along with Stef Nijland.

Ibrahim Afellay
There is a recall for Ibrahim Afellay who has recovered from an ankle injury. Winger Balázs Dzsudzsák misses out through suspension and Nordin Amrabat takes his place. A hamstring injury to Danny Koevermans means Jonathan Reis is handed his first start of the season for PSV. Maza and Simons form the centre-half partnership.
