PSV meet FK Zeta in Europa League

PSV have been paired with FK Zeta from Montenegro in the UEFA Europa League play-off draw, which took place in Nyon, Switzerland, on Friday afternoon. The fixture will be contested over two legs on 23 and 30 August with the winner qualifying for the group stage proper. PSV will face FK Zeta in Montenegro on Thursday, August 23, with the return leg scheduled to take place one week later at the Philips Stadion in Eindhoven.

2007 champions

FK Zeta reached the UEFA Europa League first qualifying round last season. The club was founded in 1927 as FK Danica and was renamed FK Zeta in 1955. FK Zeta were crowned Montenegrin champions in 2007, the year in which Montenegro left its state union with Serbia. The UEFA Europa League group stage draw takes place in Monaco on 31 August.
