Israeli referee takes charge PSV v FK Zeta

Israeli official Menashe Mesiah will referee the UEFA Europa League play-off round second tie between PSV and FK Zeta at the Philips Stadion on Thursday. Kick-off time: 19.00. Mesiah ´s assistants will be countrymen Nissan Davidy and Abed Alramili, while Liran Wachsberger, also from Israel , will be the fourth official in Eindhoven.

Never taken charge of a PSV game
Mesiah has never taken charge of a PSV game before. Last season the Israeli official was appointed to referee the UEFA Europa League group stage game between RSC Anderlecht and Sturm Graz.
