Goalkeeper Khalid Sinouh signs one-year deal with PSV
Willy van der Kuylen handed Sinouh first shirt
Sinouh, who will turn 36 in May, has been added to the PSV squad to fill the vacant goalkeeping position left with the departure of Jeroen Zoet. He has signed a one-year deal with PSV. Sinouh, who joins PSV from FC Utrecht as a free agent, had spells with Haarlem, Heerenveen, RKC Waalwijk, Omonia Nicosia, AZ, Kasimpasa and HSV before. The keeper, who will attend tonight’s Europa League quarter-final second tie between PSV and Benfica, made his Morocco debut in 2004. PSV legend Willy van der Kuylen handed the new signing his first PSV shirt.
Brands: “An experienced goalkeeper”
“Sinouh is an experienced goalkeeper and he’s also a good team player”, said PSV´s technical manager Marcel Brands. “Playing under pressure, Jeroen Zoet will gain vital first-team experience next season.”
